Occasionally, we receive orders with an incorrect address and these are marked as undeliverable by our shipper. Before the package is returned to us, we generally have an opportunity to intercept the package and provide the shipper with a new address. If this occurs, we will notify you with the following options:

  1. Invoice you for our shippers intercept charge. This charge is $10.
  2. Have the item returned to us and provide you with a full refund. Depending on the circumstance, we may also refund shipping charged.

Please note: If we are unable to intercept the package before it is returned to us, we will notify you and provide you with the two options mentioned above; however, there MAY be additional charges associated with re-shipping your order.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return after four weeks from an estimated delivery date, please contact us.
